Huh. My installs are stock pi stuff. The the extras I install: samba (just so I can ping it from a Windows environment.) mc (Midnight Commander, my cli file manager weapon of choice) unclutter: (hides the otherwise annoying mouse pointer in kiosk-y type applications) This was written for an earlier version of Raspian/NOOBS, so there might be minor differences. Ignition 8 Client on Raspberry PI

Attached is a modified launcher script for use with Liberica Java, along with a how-to text file. I picked Liberica for two reasons. It has an apt repository, and appeals to my sense of lazy. They claim it supports JavaFX on armhf, although I have not yet tried it. piLaunchV8.zip (2.3 KB)
