Linear Scale component doesn’t change/scale when you resize the window. Even when the layout properties are set on ‘Relative’ and ‘Scale Font’…
When you put it beside the Moving Analog Indicator and resize the window, analog indicator get bigger/smaller, but linear scale stays the same… it looks ridiculous… 
The linear scale component leaves much of the scaling to be configured on the component directly. You’ll find that many of the listed properties of the component will control formatting. If you haven’t explored this resource already, the user docs may prove helpful on this:

I know about that. But that was not my point…
I’m talking about automatic resizing/scaling of the component when you resize the window.
What’s the point of automatic resizing/scaling if I must track the window size and change the properties of the components with scripts…
And it’s not just this component… there are some others too (like check box, option button, label icons, …) which are not resizing/scale properly.
