I installed the 7.3 Demo on a newly installed and updated Linux Mint Debian at home this morning.

Linux Mint Debian is a rolling distribution. You are always current. The operator interface is close to Linux Mint.

I installed and updated the 64 bit version. Sun JRE 1.6 26 was already there. The kernel is Linux 3.0.

The 7.3 64 bit install went without a hitch.

Nice! Thanks for the update! That really is an up-to-date distribution, I didn’t realize that the 3.0 kernel is out there now.
