Locking Down Editing on the Down Time Table Component

Hey guys,

Is there a way to lock down editing of the down time table component to specific roles? I tried putting security settings on the table to disable events but it still allows other roles to change downtime reasons and split downtimes etc… I guess the security settings don’t effect the internal events of the table? I’d still like it viewable to all users, just not editable. Any suggestions?

I’m running Ignition version 7.5.7(b1387), thanks!

Hi,
Currently roles do not affect the editing property settings.
You might try setting the edit properties on entry into the window based on role.
