I am connected to a compactlogix L36E via VPN. I’m using an Allen-Bradley Logix Driver. My tags are perfectly healthy, all values are reading correctly and changing when they’re supposed to, but they’re all marked as ‘bad quality’. Any ideas?
What version of Ignition is this?
There should be a link to a diagnostics page in the gateway next to the device entry. Take a look at that page and see what the response times and load factors are. Feel free to provide a screenshot of the page as well.
Hmm, diagnostics look fine. Not sure where the bad quality is getting set.
I see your trial is expired - is the Logix Driver module part of your license?
The driver isn’t licensed, that’s the problem. Thank you Kevin
