Looking for compressor monitoring solution

We are working with our sites, 40+ in total, to help them reduce costs with compressors through lowering the PSI and eliminating leaks in the systems. We have been working with the DOE to borrow data loggers for the PSI and current so we can track the costs and show a reduction as we make changes. I would like to have our own devices that log the information to ignition so we can see it remotely and help the sites. I originally looked at Banner solution, but they indicated there solution was not the best and recommended against it. Has anyone found a good wireless solution for CTs and PSI monitoring that works well with ignition? Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Mark.

Maybe Signal Fire?

Thanks. reaching out to them.

Hi! Our sales and support team have a much better big picture of how our products can be assembled into full solutions, but I can help if you have any technical questions about our products or our (optional) cloud service.

EDIT: IMO, you should be monitoring at point of use.

I do agree in general that having immediate/local feedback is better than not, but if it's at a site that is rarely visited, the cost for a local interface may not be worth it.

Our telemetry devices can report back immediately over cellular connections to an Ignition service and you can setup a Perspective HMI that you can be using on your phone no matter where you are. Yes, more connections that could fail, but likely cheaper and more flexible than dedicated point of use interfaces.

If you already have a system with the data, you could use a RedLion DA10 or better yet a DA30 to push the data to Ignition using MQTT. Just need a cellular modem of your choice to connect it to the internet.
