Looking for tips to deal with pipes

here I drew the pipes using the draw pipe tool, so I make the root container (Coordinate Type) in The Percent Mode to dynamically Scale while zooming in and out. it works fine with the other components, but with this type of pipes it messes up like it appears in the images.

so could anyone tell me the better solution in that case

I think 8.3 specifically addresses pipe drawing issues.
