Hi all: I began building a project the other day and repeatedly would lose connection with the gateway while in designer. Because I hadn’t regularly saved and deployed, I would lose my work. After several restarts, with the same result, I’ve cried uncle. I am the only one on our team this happens to. Can you advise how to start troubleshooting this? thx. D Lewis
I’ve noticed the exact same behavior with our Ignition when I tried to modify our demo from home.
Network troubleshooting. Also, look under the diagnostics window in the Designer and look at the log, you should find the actual socket failure that caused the disconnect, that should help track it down.
