I recently created a new Identity Provider (IDP) for my team and switched the Gateway to use this new IDP. Unfortunately, I lost access to the default IDP where my original admin user was configured, and the admin user I set in the new IDP does not seem to have Gateway access.
Now I cannot log in to the Gateway at all.
Could you please guide me on how to recover access to the Gateway or reset the admin user?
Identity Providers do not have any kind of failover.
Classic User sources can have failover, and the Ignition internal IdP can point at the first of a series to such user sources. But external identity providers must be comprehensive.
Thanks. I think I'm still missing something fundamental in my understanding of the two. I have a tremendous fund of ignorance to draw from when posting answers.
