I lost connectivity to my ignition gateway and I am struggling to find a solution.
can anyone please help to to resolve this issue

Hello,
Check to see if Ignition service is running via services.msc, assuming you are on a Windows OS. You may also need to adjust your Initial and Max Java Heap settings in your ignition.conf file.

I am using windows OS and my services are running
Can you access it from the PC that the gateway is running on?
If so then it is probably a firewall issue in the PC hosting the gateway.
