Make custom fonts work offline in Ignition Edge Perspective (8.1.47)

Hi,

I’m using Ignition Edge 8.1.47 with Perspective and I’m trying to use a custom font (Open Sans) in an offline environment (no internet access).

  1. What is the recommended way to load and use custom fonts offline in Ignition Perspective 8.1.x?

  2. Do fonts need to be referenced differently to survive gateway restarts and updates?

If anyone has a working example or best practice for this scenario, I’d really appreciate it.
