Map - Marker Visibility

Hi,

This forum is awesome, and I’m looking to get some help with the Perspective Map.
I have an application where the customer wants to display their assets along with their Office Locations.
The asset markers are always visible, but the office locations need to have a Global visibility selector.
I’m trying to do this with the opacity of the icon, but it has its draw backs. The user can still interface with the shadow that is left behind.
What option is there to completely hide the Office Location Markers? I hear people talk about layers. Can I somehow implement a different marker layer?

Here is the view with the markers enabled.

I have the same problem, in practice it seems there’s no way to hide the marker shadow when the marker opacity has been set to 0. Am I right?
