Memory dump and JDK

We have an issue with the performance. The CPU goes very high 4 to 5 times per day and we need to restart,

I'd like to be able to do a memory dump and send it to the IA support for analysis.

In order to do that I need to install the JDK.

Which JDK should I install and where do I fin dit?
