Hello, The VM has memory saturation. It's Ignition 8.1.0
What do you mean? A VM that is running Ignition is out of memory?
Give more information about your system.
Where do you see you have a memory saturation ? In the gateway web server ? On your computer ? On your virtual machine ?
How much memory is used ?
How much available memory do you have on your computer ?
If you use a virtual machine, how much memory have you allocated to the virtual machine ?
Hello Steve. The memory saturation is in both, Gateway and the virtual machine.
The memory total in my virtual machine is 12 GB and Ignition gateway is using 11 GB.
Your memory trend looks decent.
One thing to understand, is that once JAVA grabs the memory it doesn't let go of it.
Typically we will set the wrapper.java.maxmemory and the wrapper.java.init.memory to the same value.
Then, make sure that the VM has enough total memory to account for the Ignition gateway, and the OS.
It doesn't look like you have enough memory assigned to that VM. Ignition is happily running along, but the OS probably needs more.
