Why does my memory tag have an initial value of NULL instead of the default value I specified in its definition. (Presumably that is its default initial value). This is cascading into other expression failures. Any thoughts on this??
This is a known issue with UDTs, which hasn’t yet been fixed. For expressions, you should be able to catch invalid values with the try() function.
“Should be able to”, but unfortunately may not due to a bug with the try() function still producing errors… fix will be in 7.9.5 I’m told.
