Missing javadocs for ClientModuleHook

ClientModuleHook/AbstractClientModuleHook appear to be missing from the javadocs in the 7.5.1 SDK package. Are these available elsewhere?

In the meantime, note to self (and anyone else who is interested): AbstractClientModuleHook is located in the factorypmi package at com.inductiveautomation.factorypmi.application.runtime.AbstractClientModuleHook

The ClientModuleHook documentation is still missing from the API in SDK version 7.5.6.
