I have installed Maker Edition 8.1.22 in windows 10 and there is no option to install vision client launcher and perspective workstation, any pointers?
Also, there is no vision module too, would like to know how to install vision module.
They're not included in Maker, as far as I know. Have a look half-way down this page in Included Core Modules: Ignition Maker Edition | Inductive Automation.
