We have a mobile app platform is Cognex MX-1000. I can bring up a web application, i.e. ‘aNotepad.com’ and scanning key entry works as expected. BUT, when I bring up my Ignition Mobile, I can key entries but not scan entries. Any suggestions?
Are you giving focus to the component that you want the car code information to go into?? IE, Click your mouse in that text box, then try the scanner?

Is there any update on this? I am having the same issue, focus is there, it works in other programs, but it will not scan into my mobile app.
