Mobile Module & Tag Quality Problems

Installed the new release Candidate today and mobile module quit working on phones. We downgraded back to previous release and customers could log in again. We were getting a VM ware error. Also we have noticed Tags have started going red in projects and saying not connected under tag diagnostics and the device is connected. We have to restart the gateway to get the tags to come back.

One of the tech support guys just told me the mobile module now uses Java 7, so we will upgrade tomorrow again and point mobile to Java 7 instead of 6…still trying to find out about the tags saying not connected and having to restart the gateway though.

Calling into support to do a GoToMeeting might be a good way to investigate those tags with bad quality.
