Mobile problem with number of clients

Hi,
I have a problem with a max number of client to stop the app.
In the reality there is only some client (3, 4 of 50) that remains append for days.
I must to terminate this process with task manager and all return ok.

Why ?

What is your maximum Java heap size? In your gateway settings verify that the Client Memory multiplied by Max Clients doesn’t exceed the heap size.

Where do I found the Java heap size ? Ignition version is 7.5.14.
My client memory is 512 MB x 50 client (max)

I have verified the correct configuration of memory and client, but I have the problem still.
I must to delete the Java Process to work again.
