Instead of using the mode selector to change to pan and zoom mode to pan and zoom to a new spot and then change modes again to poke and click, you can pan and zoom the mode selector.
How it works:
your looking at the wrong part of the screen or the button you want to click is too small.
- Bring up the mode selector
- Move the mode selector and the screen moves with it
2a. Zoom the mode selector and the screen moves with it - tap screen away from the mode selector and it goes away leaving the screen where you want it and still in click mode
