Modbus data good in quick client but bad once added to tag via OPC item path

Hello,
First time posting here. I am a bit lost as to why i am having these issues. I have added many other Modbus tags with out any issues. i have 10 rows in device connections and all the other mappings are working fine. I can check the data in the quick client and all is well.

Once I add to tag via opc item path, data shows bad. PLEASE someone help. Hopefully its just a silly mistake i am not seeing.

If you turn off the "Span Gaps" advanced setting in this device configuration does anything change?

Turns out i had to create a new tag group that was polled not subscribed. Ive never had this issue before. But, i will try this with a subscribed tag to see if it changes anything. Thanks
