I have a banner DXM700 that was communicating just fine for the last few years. Recently all the numbers coming from it on tags are now red. I was using addressing, but tested by switching to HRI1001 instead of the addressing from the gateway config, but neither works now. Here is the listing page in the DXM config software. Anyone have ideas on what I can check? (the device show connected)
Have you/site added any new modbus devices, or has someone (IT) changed any firewall rules o disallow the the port you're using for modbus comms? In essence, have any decently major changes been made to the system lately?
What specific errors/tag statuses are you getting?
