Ignition version 7.6.4 with Yaskawa VFD CIMR-P7_4030 with a CM090 ModbusTCP adaptor.

I am trying to read 2005h Output Frequency Monitor (U1-02) in ignition OPC-UA with no success.
In ignition the connection state is -connected
Is connected is selected
port is 502
but no success reading any live values.
I read ignition manual linked here:

Can anyone point me in the right direction to try and get this to work?
