Is there an official IA Modbus UDP driver? This would specifically be for an Edge solution as well.
There’s not. I’ll keep that in mind for the eventual Modbus driver rewrite but I have only ever heard one other person ask about Modbus over UDP in the last 10 years.

I’ve got a customer asking for an Edge solution using the Opto-22 Groov that will talk with an IFM processor that has CANBus and Modbus UDP. I was hoping maybe you guys has the UDP driver buried in there somewhere.
It’s a somewhat natural fit for the older RTU variant because it provides natural frame boundaries. It’s nonsense if it’s Modbus/TCP frames over UDP.
