Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could help. I’ve been working on developing a module, I’ve registered as a private developer and I have a running module that I would like to sign. When I go to the marketplace to try and sign the developed module, the site says there is the following error:

Error!
You do not have rights to view this page! Your company owner or a person with Module Marketplace Administrator rights for your company can grant you access.

The funny thing is that I’m the only one registered under our company. I’ve already contacted our sales representative but I haven’t received a reply(it’s been about 2 weeks now). So I was wondering if any of you have experienced this, or know how I should proceed.

Any ideas?

Hi There,

I looked up your Module Marketplace account and noticed a couple permissions were missing. I went ahead and added them, so you should be able to log in and sign modules now. Let me know how it works out!
