In 8.0, I could activate my module’s license on a gateway without an active platform license. In 8.1, it looks like the platform license is needed before the module license activates.
Can anyone confirm if it’s a new requirement, or if I need to make some change on my end?
They’ve definitely tightened the checks, but I thought the platform license was already enforced in 7.9. Might have been a 8.0 “bug”.
(The prior minimum–just buying the OPCUA server license–is changing to a more expensive platform base license.)
