I need to change the position of an arrow from 0° to 90 ° from a value of a tag . Like a hand of a clock . the variation of the arrow angle must pivot on the end and not starting from the center. (as shown in the photo)

You can change the rotation anchor point of an object in Vision by first clicking on the object to select it and then clicking again to get the rotation handles and the anchor point. The anchor point will look like a red X.
From there you just animate the "Angle" property.
