Mouse over text for flex container

I have a flex container that goes to a link.

How do I show a text tooltip on it for where the link will go while hovering?

I want to show text like “Home page” or “IT Dept”, not the full link.

In the Meta properties for the component enable the tooltip and add the text you want displayed.

Is that a change after 8.1.0?

or is that something that browsers will pickup on based on the name used for the key?
