Hello All,
So, I just discovered a somewhat unique way to move Perspective pipes similarly to the arrow keys. If you open up the "Ease of Access Center" in the Windows Control Panel, and enter the mouse settings there, you'll find a option called "Mouse Keys".
While I would prefer to move Perspective pipes natively with the arrow keys, this allows me to move whole pipe segments in a form similar to using the arrow keys.
