10.128.244 isn't a valid IP address.
If you are connecting to HiveMQ Cloud, it supports only secure connections (MQTT TLS port 8883 and secure Websocket port 8884). In MQTT Engine, your connection string would look something like ssl://server.hivemq.com:8883 or ssl://1.2.3.4:8883. You’ll need to add authentication parameters HiveMQ provided.
