My Maker Edition has MQTT Transmission ver 4.0.3 and is showing a licence issue.
I read here that ver 4.0.4 should work, but I can’t see where to download the next version from.
Is it hidden somewhere?

On the Downloads Page there is a tab called ‘Strategic Partner Modules’
Here’s a quick link to the page to save time:

When you go there and select the Ignition version you’ll be given the option to download the module you want. Looks like the current version is 4.0.5.
After downloading that you can follow the procedure on this page to upgrade your module to the new version
