I have a gateway that has two NICs. One network is for the office and can reach the internet; the other network is for plant equipment and this cannot reach the network. I have been connecting to the Ignition gateway through the office network and everything works fine. I deployed a client to a computer on the plant network and I cannot seem to connect to the gateway. I can ping the gateway. Does the gateway not listen on all network adapters?
If I download the .jnlp file from the gateway front page rather than copy it from another computer everything works.
Ah, yeah, that’s because the JNLP probably has the gateway IP address for the other NIC in it.
