Multiple Alert Configuration makes alert name the same

Hi

I have noticed something with changing the setting of many alerts at the same time. I have SQL tags set up as alerts and I wanted to change the “Alert if value is” option on them all at the same time. What happens is that the alert name gets made the same for them all. There is no check box for to leave the alert name out of the change. I only made the mistake once but it would be good if there was a check box to leave it out

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. I’ll have to look into it a bit more, but I suspect that it’s actually copying the entire alert configuration to all of the tags, that is, treating “alert config” as one property.

We’ll see what we can do.
