I have this nav bar I copied from one project to another. In the one project it acts how I want it to - hiding the items / instances until the bar is hovered over.
I copied and now everything is just stuck open and the hovering does not work. How can I fix this?
That doesn't look like a nav bar to me. That looks like something home grown made from a flex repeater (which is fine). I'm going to guess you didn't copy a script and/or styles. If you look at the text, it appears there are missing styles just based on the text color. It's hard to give more details without knowing what you have.
I might have forgot to copy the css style sheet! That might be it.
