I used this function system.util.retarget but, throwing some errors.

You have a spelling mistake. It is util, not utill.

Can you just post the actual code you're using? All of it, ideally.

Is there a log that would record the stack trace for that exception? I'm not sure if it would be the Vision client launcher log or some client-specific log.
