Need Opinion To Open a Forum Community

Greetings, I have been following the website for the past few days now. I have a tech website which related to Windows. I have a community team in facebook. But also we want to open a forum community where all people can discuss their issues openly.

This is our website. I dont know if it is an effective way to start this right now. Any expert can provide me suggestions?

Yes. Not sure it rises to the level of spam, but does seem to be a blatant attempt to siphon attention away from IA.
