Hello, I was hoping someone could tell me what this status box is and how I can interact with it. When right clicking to print a document I created in Ignition this box shows up as page 2. It is distorting what I am trying to print and it seems to be a fairly new problem. We recently upgraded Ignition versions and think that might have something to do with it.
That box has always been there. Typically pulled up with the arrow in the bottom right in perspective. Its mostly used for getting to the gateway web page and triggering sign in and out events. There is a session property to hide it as well.
Not sure why its showing up as printable though. Might be a bug. What version did you update to since they'll likely need that.

Do you happen to know what the Session Property you are talking about is called?
appBar property. You can select 'togglePosition' to be left, right, or hidden if you want to remove it. Not sure if it will hide it from printing or not though.
The appBar property for my designer is already hidden. Maybe it is a bug?
