New release fixes - is there a way to find out more info about a fix?

I'm interested in knowing more about IGN-15155: Deadlock in Modbus Driver

We've got an 8.3 install that is talking to a lot of Modicons, and one of them randomly decides to stop talking. Rebooting the PLC fixes the issue for a random amount of time. I'm wondering if it's in any way related to this fix that's coming in 8.3.4. Would help from having to spend time replacing a working PLC to fix a problem that isn't the PLC.

If you're affected by a deadlock issue, the web UI will pretty much scream it at you via a loud "emergency alert" banner, so you are probably not in the category of affected folks.

The ticket notes are fairly sparse, but suggest that this is an extremely rare deadlock that we weren't even able to reproduce internally, only prove via analysis of the code.
