Newby question about updating redundant project

Newby question about updating redundant project.
In an existing redudant project, a number of windows and templates have to be changed. These adjustments have been put in a .zip file with a partial export.
Since my experience with redundant projects is 0.0, I would like to know what to do next:

  1. import on master?
  2. import on both machines?
  3. anything else?

Import on master. They will be duplicated automatically to the backup.
