Fixed an issue where OPC-HDA tags were not visible in the Perspective Tag Browser / Power Chart.

Fixed a rare issue where an OPC connection starting or reconnecting while tags were being added or removed could log a ConcurrentModificationException and fail to subscribe to some tags.
