I am working on a customer gateway (8.1.49) and I am wanting to look at some device stats. There are around 25 devices and about 20 of them are AB Logix drivers the rest are Modbus.
When I navigate to the device status page it just says ‘There are no configured devices‘. Any advice?
Are you sure all the devices are enabled in the configuration page? Disabled devices will not show up in the device status page.
Also, are you sure that the devices are connected to this gateway, and not an edge/remote gateway providing tags via remote provider?
This is an independent gateway system. 4 out of the 25 devices are disabled but that still should allow the others to show up I would think.
Although I did just find this in my logs. Guess I should have looked there as well but not sure what this means
Error handling route. Further logging for this event will be DEBUG java.lang.ClassCastException: null
Might want to open a ticket with support. This forum is not an official support venue.
They'll be able to take a deeper look and tell you what additional loggers to enable to point you towards the source of the problem.

Jokes aside, yes I do realize that but a lot of problems get solved on here so I always look or ask here first.

@Kevin.Herron The customer has told me I can send the log file to an IA employee or directly to support. Can I DM these to you for you to view at your convenience, or would you rather I get in contact with support?
If you need to send files privately then go with support.
