No fullscreen when launched from vision client launcher shortcut

This is still occuring on a 8.1.4 Gateway. The fix from accyroy worked for me.
Change line in C:\Users\user.ignition\clientlauncher-data\vision-client-launcher.json to
“window.mode”: fullscreen,
