No information about concurrent users in Designer

Hi,

We have no information in the right lower corner in the Designer about 2 users working on the project. The gateway shows 2 open designer sessions.

Why we can’t see it in the Designer?

What version of Ignition are you using? The concurrent users notification was added in 8.0.10:
