No information could be found for historical system

On my production gateway, I have this error showing up in the logs -

No information could be found for historical system 'ignition-thinkpad-0012'. Please verify that the system is correctly storing data to the specified database ('tab').

I believe this is because, when we were moving to 7.9 to 8.0, I created a 8.0 gateway on my local laptop, imported the 7.9 project, fixed it up, and then exported the gateway from my local computer to import on a fresh copy of 8.0 on the production server.

I recently realized too that our automatic backups are not working, which are directed to a folder of the format \192.168.1.xxx\folder\ffolder, nor is our file functionality that creates PDFS and then sends them to our mapped drives. In fact currently it’s not even saving it to our C:\Igntiion Reports folder on the server either.

Are these connected? How can I fix this error?
