No rights easychart

Hello,

I have a problem with rights on the Easychart only in the client, in the designer it works fine. I am getting this message:

Caused by: com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayException: Error executing function 'RunQuery': The current user does not have the required roles for this operation.

I can not see whats wrong. i use a new Easychart and i am an admin and the Easychart works fine in the designer. also when i have l the existing roles it dont work in the client.

try activating permissions. save the project and restart the client

You need “Legacy Database Access” from the list of project permissions to use Database Pens in the EasyChart.

What Phil said. Please don’t enable all the permissions, only the ones you need. Which in this case is Legacy Database Access.
