No tag value

Hi, I setup a modbus tcp driver device on Ignition and it’s connected. Then I added the the “Is Connected” tag and it’s also enabled, but when I try and add a tag like V2010 there’s no value, the tag diagnostic is either bad quality or unknown.

What should I do?

Check the log, there’s probably error messages occurring.
