I am unable to delete this tag marked "Bad_NotFound".
I only get an error message that says "Bad_NotFound"
The Json for the tag looks like

Change the tag-type in the JSON to "Atomic" and try again.
When I do that, it creates an empty space above.
If I "Edit tag(s)" the tag, it looks normal, but if I change any settings, it creates that empty tag space above it. If I delete thte "bad" tag, it only deletes the empty space tag.
You should open a support ticket and let them look over your shoulder.
