Not able to launch Ignition designer

I know this might be too much to ask for but can you please access my laptop through anydesk and diagnose the issue. it would be really helpful. yesterday we exceeded the number of comments that we can post here. My issue is still unresolved. there are no errors in log files.Yet my designer is not launching and showing the same error.

Absolutely not. Please never provide any credentials to your environment to anyone on this forum (I wouldn’t even recommend IA employees as most on here are development, not support). If you’ve not been able to diagnose the issue with the help you receive here, then you need to contact support.

I had the same issue. I removed it and added it again. It worked.
