Not able to select the groups of symbol factory symbol

I am not able to select the particular part of the symbol in ignition like how we select in vision. Is it restricted in perspective? Very much difficult to find the elements in the symbol.

This is just a fundamental difference in the component models between Perspective and Vision.

Expect the drawing tools coming in Ignition 8.3 to make it a lot easier to work with SVGs inside Perspective.
